Purchase and Payment Transaction

Buyers are required to transact through transaction procedures that have been set by Lacienta. The Buyer makes a payment using the payment method previously selected by the Buyer.

When making a purchased, the Buyer agrees that:

The buyer is responsible for reading, understanding, and agreeing to the overall information/description of the Goods (including but not limited to color, quality, function, price, and others) before making a commitment to buy.

The Buyer acknowledges that the actual color of the product as seen on Lacienta website depends on the Buyer's computer monitor. Lacienta has made its best efforts to ensure that the colors in the photos displayed on the Lacienta site appear as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee that the color appearance on the Lacienta site will be accurate.

The User enters into a legally binding contract to purchase the Goods when the User purchases the Goods.

The Buyer fully understands and agrees that all transactions made by the Buyer other than through the Lacienta Official Account and/or without the knowledge of Lacienta (through private facilities/networks, sending messages, special transaction arrangements outside the Lacienta website or other efforts is the personal responsibility of the Buyer.

Lacienta has full authority to refuse payment without prior notification.

Payment by the Buyer must be made immediately (at the latest within 1 x 24 hours) after the Buyer checks out. If within that time limit the payment or payment confirmation has not been made by the buyer, Lacienta has the authority to cancel the transaction. Users are not entitled to submit claims or demands for the cancellation of the transaction.

The buyer agrees not to notify or submit proof of payment and/or payment data to parties other than Lacienta. In the event of a loss due to notification or submission of proof of payment and/or payment data by the Buyer to another party, then this will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

The buyer is obliged to confirm receipt of the goods, after receiving the shipment of the goods purchased. Lacienta gives a time limit of 1 (one) day after the delivery is "delivered" on the Lacienta system, for the Buyer to confirm receipt of the Goods. If within that time limit there is no confirmation or claim from the Buyer, the Buyer thus declares approve the confirmation of receipt of Goods automatically by the Lacienta system.

After confirmation of receipt of Goods or confirmation of automatic receipt of Goods, the transaction is considered complete.

The buyer understands and agrees that any claims made after confirmation / automatic confirmation of receipt of the Goods are not the responsibility of Lacienta. Losses that arise after confirmation/automatic confirmation of receipt of the Goods are the responsibility of the Buyer personally.

The Buyer understands and agrees that any problems with the delivery of the Goods caused by delays in payment are the responsibility of the Buyer.

The Buyer understands and agrees that the problem of delays in the payment process and additional costs caused by the difference between the bank the Buyer use, and the official Lacienta Account bank is the Buyer's personal responsibility.

Refunds from Lacienta to Buyers can only be made if in a state of overpayment from the Buyer for the price of the Goods. Refunds will be made to the Buyer's account number within 3 x 24 hours after the return process has been verified and approved.

Lacienta has the authority to make decisions on unresolved transaction problems due to the absence of a settlement agreement, both between the Seller and the Buyer, by looking at the available evidence. Lacienta's decision is a final decision that cannot be contested and binds the Seller and Buyer to comply.

The buyer is required to make a payment with a nominal in accordance with the amount of the bill stated on the payment page. Lacienta is not responsible for the loss suffered by the Buyer if he makes a payment that does not match the amount of the bill stated on the payment page.

Agreement Statement

The network of websites (collectively, the Lacienta website) operated by the company PT. CIPTA NAGARI MAKMUR, consists of various websites and web pages. Use of the Lacienta website is a form of your agreement to all terms, conditions and notices in it.

By accessing or using this site, you agree to the terms of use, conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, then you cannot use this site.

Applicable Law

Access and use of this site is subject to these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia. Users who choose to access this site from locations outside Indonesia and do so on their own initiative are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

The laws of the Republic of Indonesia apply to these Terms and Conditions and any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the South Jakarta District Court.

Any copyright and other intellectual property rights on the entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, interface, or code and the selection and arrangement there of belongs to PT. CIPTA NAGARI MAKMUR under the rules and regulations applicable in Indonesia.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names are trademarks registered under the name PT. CIPTA NAGARI MAKMUR, or their respective other owners to whom PT. CIPTA NAGARI MAKMUR has granted rights and licenses for their use.

You are allowed to browse this site and to reproduce its contents either by printing, downloading to hard disk and/or distributing it to others but, as long as it is for non-commercial purposes, providing information and for personal use only. No reproduction of any part of the site may be sold or distributed for commercial gain or modified or combined with any other work, publication or site, whether in hard copy or electronic format, including posting to other sites. Lacienta does not grant any license or right to do so.

Don'ts

Harassment in any way or form on this site or any of the Lacienta websites is strictly prohibited, including through e-mail and chat, or by the use of inappropriate or abusive language.

Impersonating anyone, including employees, supervisors, Lacienta representatives, or other members and visitors to the site is prohibited.

You may not download, distribute or publish content via the site that is defamatory, insulting, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage any form of criminal activity, as a form of violation of law.

You may not download commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of commercial online services or other organizations.

User Participants

Lacienta will not and cannot examine all information and materials posted or created by users accessing the site and is not responsible for the content of these information and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute content created by users of this site, Lacienta is only acting as a passive channel for the distribution of such material and is not responsible or liable for any content or activity on this site. However, Lacienta reserves the right to block or remove any information or material it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) a fraudulent form of misleading, (c) infringing copyright, trademark or intellectual property right of another person (d) violates laws or regulations or (e) violates Lacienta policies.

Your personal information posted or submitted will be treated by Lacienta in accordance with the Privacy Policy of this website.

Except for personal information which we may collect from you under the guidelines set out in this website's Privacy Policy, any material, information, or other form of communication that you submit or download to this site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary material.
