What is Lacienta?
Lacienta is a beauty brand that prioritizes simplicity and exclusivity in its products. Currently, there are two types of Lacienta products that can be purchased using a membership system by visiting Lacienta.com, including Body Serum and Sunscreen Spray.
What membership types do Lacienta offer?
Lacienta has three types of membership levels which are categorized based on product purchases. The three membership levels are free member, premium member, and gold member.
The following is an explanation of each type of membership level for Lacienta customers:
Free Member
Free Members are Lacienta.com website visitors who create an account (sign-in) on the Lacienta.com website without having to buy any products.
Premium Member
Lacienta Premium Members are members who have purchased Lacienta products piece by piece on Lacienta.com
Gold Member
Lacienta Gold Members are members who purchase Lacienta products in packages via Gold Member with annual subscription. During one year they will receive 12 deliveries of Lacienta products, both Body Serum and Sunscreen Spray, as well as access to online consultations 12 times.
How do I purchase products at Lacienta.com?
There are two types of product purchase flows on Lacienta.com based on the type of membership level, including premium member and gold member. The following is an explanation of each:
Premium Member Purchase Flows
The following is the flow for purchasing Lacienta products for premium members:
- Customer select products: Customer visit Lacienta.com and then select the products they want to purchase via the ‘Shop’ page
- Adding products to cart: After selecting a product, the customer adds the product to the shopping cart (add to cart). Lacienta.com allows customers to purchase several products at once (multi-checkout) in one transaction. That way, the number of products to be purchased can be determined and the quantity updated if necessary via the 'Shopping Cart' page.
- Checkout: After the customer has decided which product to buy, the customer can continue the transaction process by checking out. Customers will be asked to enter shipping information, including name, email, address and cellphone number. The total cost to be paid will appear after the customer selects the shipping option.
- Selection of payment method: Next, the customer will choose the desired payment method according to the available method options including e-Payment, e-Wallet, virtual account and credit card.
- Order verification: At this stage, customers are asked to double-check the orders they have made, starting from the products purchased, order total, delivery address, and payment method.
- Payment and confirmation: After the purchase is verified, the customer will make payment according to the selected payment method. After payment is complete, the buyer will receive a purchase confirmation and order number as a sign that the purchase has been successful via automatic WhatsApp and email notifications.
- Shipping and order completion: Once payment is complete, Lacienta will process the order and ship it according to the customer's selected shipping method. Delivery process can be tracked via the 'Orders' page in the dashboard.
Gold Member Purchase Flows
The following is the purchase flow for Lacienta products at the Gold Member level (annual subscription):
- The Customer visits Lacienta.com and then selects the products they want to purchase via the ‘Shop’ page.
- Customers select 'Gold Member Subscriptions' and add the product to the shopping cart (add to cart). Gold Member Subscription contains a bundling product consisting of 1 Lacienta Body Serum and 1 Lacienta Sunscreen Spray.
- The customer can set what products they want to buy and the quantity in the 'Shopping Cart' section. Once the product and quantity have been confirmed, the customer checks out by clicking the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.
- On the checkout page, customers are required to fill in the 'Billing & Shipping' column on the purchase form for payment and shipping purposes. If the order form has been filled in, click the 'Place Order' button to continue the transaction.
- Next, customers can make payments via the selected payment method.
- After successful payment, the customer will receive a product purchase confirmation email and will automatically be directed to the main Lacienta membership dashboard.
Once payment is complete, the Gold Member account will be automatically activated. Lacienta will process the order and ship it according to the customer's selected shipping method. Delivery process can be tracked via the 'Orders' page in the dashboard.
What conditions do I need to know as a Lacienta Gold Member?
The following are the conditions that customers who are registered as Lacienta Gold Members must know:
- The active period for Gold Member customers is 1 year (12 months). Gold member customers will get a quota of 12 times checkout access for Lacienta Body Serum and Sunscreen Spray products as well as 12 times online consultation services.
- Every month for a year, Gold Member customers will receive notifications via WhatsApp and email as a reminder to checkout products for free by only paying shipping costs.
- Gold Member customers can change the product delivery address every time they check out as long as the subscription period is still active.
- If within 1 year a Gold Member customer ignores the product checkout notification, the customer will no longer get access to the product at a price of IDR 0 (free) any more. That way, customers must reactivate the subscription period by checking out the Gold Member Subscriptions product again.
- If the quota for sending 12 Lacienta Body Serum and Sunscreen Spray products has been used up in less than one year, the Gold Member subscription period will also be deactivated.
- Gold Member customers can access the 'Booking Consultation' service for IDR 0 (free) 12 times as long as Gold Member Subscriptions are still active. If it has been done more than 12 times or the subscription period has expired, the customer can no longer access the service.
- After the third month from the date of purchase of Gold Member Subscriptions products, Gold Member customers can take 2 or more Lacienta Body Serum and Sunscreen Spray products for free. That way, customers can use up product quotas in less than 1 year (12 months).
- Gold Member customers are required to do an unboxing video every time they receive a Lacienta Body Serum and Sunscreen Spray product package. If the product received is proven to be defective or the seal is open, customers can contact the Lacienta admin via email or WhatsApp to exchange it for a new product.
- Lacienta does not accept refunds to Gold Members even if customers do not take the Lacienta Body Serum and Sunscreen Spray product package every month after activating the subscription period.
- Gold Member customers can not terminate their subscription as long as the 1 year Gold Member Subscription period is still active.
What payment methods can be used to purchase products on Lacienta.com?
Payment methods that can be used to purchase Lacienta products include: e-Payment, e-Wallet, bank transfer, virtual account and credit card.
Can I request a return or refund for Lacienta product after my order is received?
You cannot request a return or refund for Lacienta product if the product has already been received. If you receive an item that is damaged, make sure you have an unboxing video so that Lacienta can replace it with a new product.
How do I manage my membership as a Lacienta customer?
You can manage the membership via the account dashboard. You can update your profile, personal account information, and monitor your orders and membership status.
Can I cancel my annual subscription as a Gold Member?
Once Gold Member Subscription has been activated, you cannot cancel the subscription during the active validity period of one year.
